Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a quick-paced environment while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your contributions will help create a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties
Greet and assist customers with their orders, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
Prepare food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Provide support to fellow team members and help train current employees when required.





Skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus, along with an understanding of kitchen operations.
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting while helping others succeed.
