Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
Demonstrate products effectively, highlighting features and benefits to enhance customer understanding
Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items to maximize sales prospects
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product rotation to keep the sales floor appealing and well-stocked

Skills
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a diverse customer base
Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred, especially involving product demos or technical explanations
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to engage effectively with customers
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
Excellent organizational skills for managing merchandising displays and inventory tasks
Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and proactive problem-solving abilities
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships
