About the role Reporting to the Senior Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Liquid Assets, Total Portfolio Management (TPM),



this role will oversee various operational and business administration aspects for TPM. The Senior Investment Coordinator, TPM will perform diverse functions to support the advancement of TPM's priorities across OPTrust. Their actions will also contribute to the ongoing strengthening of the team’s culture. This role is well-suited for a highly organized individual who can handle a large volume of requests and possesses and brings perceptive and an understanding of how to support a large Investment team with multiple leaders. Additionally, this role requires someone who understands the confidentiality and urgency required to undertake operational issues and ensure internal controls are met. What you’ll do Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing responsive and professional support across a broad range of business activities. Manage the calendar and incoming inquiries of the Senior Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Liquid Assets, Total Portfolio Management. Manage complex calendars and administrative priorities for senior leadership, proactively coordinating schedules, meeting logistics, and competing business demands. Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, service providers, and business partners to support team objectives and strategic initiatives.
