Cogir Senior Living is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Tenant Companion. This position focuses on supporting seniors in a supportive housing setting, enhancing their self-esteem and encouraging independence. You will provide vital assistance, medication reminders, and engage tenants in meaningful recreational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal supports and hygiene tasks
• Provide medication reminders following site protocols
• Maintain tenant suites and common areas in a safe condition




• Help orient current tenants with a welcoming approach
• Organize and lead social and recreational activities
Requirements:
• Preference for those experienced as Tenant Companions
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience caring for the elderly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Must obtain Vulnerable Sector Check if not current
