Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking a variety of dishes to meet quality standards and customer expectations
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area
Support meal preparation activities, including chopping, mixing, plating, and portioning food items
Assist with food service tasks such as setting up stations, serving guests, and clearing tables when needed
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen setting by following sanitation protocols and cleaning schedules




Follow all safety guidelines related to food safety, equipment use, and workplace safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective kitchen operations during busy service hours

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling practices and safety standards in the food industry
Strong understanding of meal preparation processes and kitchen operations
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with kitchen work
