Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and drinks
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Assist in food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards and uphold food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tables, utensils, and service stations in compliance with health standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




Manage time efficiently to serve multiple tables while providing exceptional guest services

Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure guest health and well-being
Ability to perform basic math for billing, change calculation, and inventory management
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
Experience with food preparation, serving, and kitchen operations is a plus
Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
