This contract full-time position lasts from October 5th to December 11th, 2026. As a DZ Driver/Picker, you will operate various waste collection trucks and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your role requires strong driving skills and the ability to assist in waste collection and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate waste collection vehicles on designated routes
• Collect residential garbage, recycling, and organics
• Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Provide courteous service and respond to inquiries
Requirements:
• Valid DZ Driver's Licence with a clean abstract
• Experience in waste collection or heavy vehicle operation
• WHMIS training or ability to obtain certification
• Strong understanding of road safety practices
• Valuable communication and teamwork skills
