Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them to relax, relieve stress, and alleviate pain. The Massage Therapist will work in a supportive workplace that values client care and career development.

Duties
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and health histories to determine appropriate massage techniques.
Perform various types of massage therapy, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massages.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and ready for use.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their preferences and any discomfort during sessions.
Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
Keep accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.

Skills
Solid communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.




Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately document client information and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
Ability to perform various massage techniques with proficiency and adapt styles based on individual client requirements.
