Duties
Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's needs, utilizing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or trigger point therapy
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history and specific concerns
Maintain detailed treatment records and document client progress accurately and confidentially
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up sessions or self-care routines
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment workplace by adhering to hygiene standards and safety protocols
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expectations,



and any contraindications or medical considerations
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client wellness plans

Experience
Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist from the relevant regulatory body
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions
Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse clients
Excellent communication skills to explain treatments clearly and listen attentively to client needs
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for new graduates
Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude in a rapid-paced environment
