As a full time, permanent consultant at Vancity’s head office, you will oversee operational risk and third-party risks while ensuring sustainable governance. By leveraging your extensive experience, you will design and implement frameworks that meet regulatory standards. Team-oriented engagement with various departments will enhance internal risk practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance TPRM procedures and reporting capabilities
• Provide independent oversight of risk mitigation plans




• Evaluate and improve TPRM process effectiveness
• Aggregate risk information for senior leadership reporting
• Conduct enterprise-wide training on risk management
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Operational Risk or Enterprise Risk Management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and standards
• Excellent ability to build relationships and influence
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
