Responsibilities
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with attention to quality and safety standards
Assemble pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence
Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to cook pizzas to perfection
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and handling protocols
Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of stock levels
Serve customers at the counter or via takeout orders with friendly, prompt service
Follow all food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in food preparation or kitchen roles
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Experience with meal preparation, cooking techniques, and working in a fast-paced environment
Robust attention to detail when assembling pizzas and maintaining cleanliness standards
Excellent communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently under pressure
A positive attitude with a passion for creating delicious food that exceeds customer expectations
