We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our high-performing team, representing an established builder with active communities in Brantford and the Niagara Region.

This on-site role involves managing the full sales cycle—from greeting prospective buyers to guiding them through the pre-construction purchase process. You’ll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with in-house marketing support and experienced leadership behind you.

What You’ll Do
Represent TFN Realty and our builder client at recent home communities
Assist purchasers in selecting and securing new homes
Guide buyers through every step of the sales process, from first contact to firm deal
Stay informed on builder offerings, pricing, and procedures
Attend on-site appointments, events, and presentations as needed

Requirements




Active Ontario Real Estate Sales Representative License (required)
Pre-construction or current home sales experience (preferred)
Robust communication, follow-up, and client service skills
Organized, driven, and able to work independently
Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
