Position: Full time Summer / Part time Pre-Season

Scholars Edge Painting is looking for motivated university and college students to run their own painting business for the upcoming summer season.

As an Operator, you’ll be responsible for managing a real residential painting business in your local territory. With training, mentorship, and systems provided by Scholars Edge, you’ll gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, hiring, leadership, customer service, and financial management.

What You'll Do
Recruit, hire, and manage a team of painters
Generate leads and build a customer base
Conduct estimates and sell residential painting projects




Schedule and manage projects from start to finish
Manage customer relationships and ensure quality work
Track revenue, expenses, labour, and profitability
Lead and motivate your team throughout the summer
Work directly with an experienced District Manager for coaching and support
