Duties
Perform precise injections of neuromodulators (such as Botox or Dysport) and dermal fillers to address client concerns and desired outcomes
Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, medical guidelines, and infection control standards during all procedures
Monitor clients during and after treatments to manage any adverse reactions or complications promptly
Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of procedures, client histories, and treatment plans
Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and long-term maintenance strategies
Collaborate with the aesthetic team to develop customized treatment plans that align with client goals
Skills
Proven experience in administering neuromodulator and dermal filler injections with precision and confidence
Solid patient care skills with a compassionate approach that builds trust and rapport
Excellent knowledge of nursing practices, medical terminology, and medication administration protocols
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively about complex procedures in an understandable manner
Attention to detail to ensure safety, accuracy, and optimal results in every treatment session
