Responsibilities
Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements with precision and care
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure client safety and comfort at all times
Engage with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice on nail care, and recommend suitable treatments or retail products
Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities
Conduct body waxing treatments as requested by clients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process
Foster excellent communication with clients to build lasting relationships and ensure repeat business




Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies for effective service delivery

Skills
Proven experience in nail care techniques such as manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, and nail art
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in a salon environment
Robust customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and recommend products or services
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a genuine approach
Experience in body waxing is a plus but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate
Retail sales skills to promote salon products and enhance client experiences
