Own the path from AI strategy to real results.

As an AI Manager, you'll be the person a client trusts to turn "we think AI could help" into a working system that actually changes how their business runs. You'll lead engagements from the first conversation through strategy, roadmap, and delivery.

You'll work closely with our AI developers to keep projects scoped realistically and delivered well, and with clients directly to make sure what we build solves the problem they actually have — not just the one that's easiest to build.

This is a hands-on management role at a small, fast-moving company — you'll be shaping how we run engagements as much as running them.

What you'll do

- Lead client AI engagements from initial discovery through strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
- Translate business goals into a clear, actionable AI roadmap the team can execute against.
- Manage delivery timelines, scope, and quality across multiple client engagements at once.




- Act as the primary point of contact for clients — setting expectations and communicating progress clearly.
- Work with leadership to help shape how Closetech AI scopes, prices, and delivers future engagements.

- Experience managing technology or AI projects from strategy through delivery.
- Enough technical fluency in AI/ML concepts to scope work realistically and speak credibly with clients.
- Solid client-facing communication — comfortable leading conversations with business owners and executives.
- Organized, proactive project management — you keep engagements on track without needing to be chased.
- Genuine interest in helping small and mid-sized Canadian businesses adopt AI practically.

Nice to have

Nice to have, not required.

- Prior experience at a consultancy, agency, or professional services firm.
- Experience with AI strategy, automation, or systems integration engagements specifically.
- Existing relationships within the Atlantic Canada small business community.
