Line Cook – Italian Restaurant La Corte Toscana is hiring an experienced full time Line Cook for our Italian restaurant opening in November 2026 at 586 Bloor St W, Toronto.

Pay: Starting at CA$21.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Complete daily food preparation and mise en place before service.
Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes according to the chef’s recipes and standards.
Set up and manage your station during service, ensuring consistent cooking and presentation.
Work with the kitchen team to keep service organized and on time.
Follow food safety procedures and keep your station clean.

Requirements
Previous line cook experience in an Italian restaurant.
Experience preparing authentic Italian food and knowledge of traditional Italian cooking.




Ability to communicate in both Italian and English.
Ability to work full time and perform well during busy service.
Legal authorization to work in Canada.
