We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team, with potential to take on full time position after contract. Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items, ensuring freshness and quality
Cook dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service standards




Adhere to health regulations related to food handling and sanitation protocols

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required
Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience in meal preparation and working with diverse cuisines is a plus
Strong understanding of the food industry’s best practices for maintaining quality and safety
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
