Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling dishes
Ensure timely delivery of orders to meet service deadlines while maintaining quality
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and uphold high standards of food presentation

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred, especially in a rapid-paced environment
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from senior kitchen staff
