Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and effective Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic team. Duties
Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items, ensuring freshness and quality
Cook dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food products
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks
Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers while maintaining quality standards




Adhere to all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are advantageous
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as needed
