About the Role

Virtual TechPool is a managed IT service provider supporting clients across the GTA. We are hiring an IT Support Technician to provide technical support for end-user settings.

This role includes remote support and onsite client visits.

Responsibilities
Provide support for Windows PCs, laptops, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues (remote and onsite)
Install and configure workstations, software, and related equipment
Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint)
Log and manage tickets in the service desk system
Follow defined processes and work independently to resolve issues

Requirements
Post-secondary education in IT or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role (co-op/internship acceptable)
Hands-on experience building, configuring,



and troubleshooting PC hardware
Windows OS
Microsoft 365
Basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP)
Solid written and verbal communication in English
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet response/resolution expectations
Must be able to travel to client sites within the GTA and transport equipment/tools as required

Only candidates meeting the minimum experience requirements will be considered.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
