We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, helping create a welcoming and skilled experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests
Check guests in and out
Answer phones and manage reservations
Handle guest requests and payments
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance

Requirements:
Robust customer service skills
Qualified and positive attitude
Hotel or hospitality experience is an asset
Evening/weekend availability required
Work permit sponsorship is not available.

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate
Salmon Arm, BC V1E 2S5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
