Job Summary

Duties
Efficiently wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, including peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces
Support the setup and breakdown of dining areas during service times as needed
Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen organized and environmentally friendly
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods
