Aroma Espresso Bar Bay and Dundas is looking for reliable, hard-working Kitchen Staff to join our team. If you enjoy a fast-paced workplace, take pride in fresh food, and work well with others, we'd love to meet you.

Position: Kitchen Staff (Full time / Part-Time)

Location: 562 Bay St

Pay: $18-$20/hour tips [if applicable]

Schedule: Looking for Full time and Part time help

What You'll Do
Prepare fresh menu items like salads, sandwiches, shakshuka, breakfast plates, and baked goods, following our recipes and presentation standards
Complete daily prep: washing, chopping, portioning, and labelling ingredients
Keep orders moving quickly and accurately during busy periods
Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including dishes, surfaces, and equipment
Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures at all times
Receive and put away deliveries, rotate stock (FIFO), and report low inventory
Work closely with front-of-house staff to deliver a excellent guest experience





What We're Looking For
Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person
Able to work quickly while staying organized under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 kg (50 lbs) if required
Available on weekends and holidays
Food Handler Certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain it)
