We are looking for an experienced and dependable Group Home Supervisor to join our residential team supporting individuals with developmental and behavioural needs.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can support and guide frontline staff while ensuring a safe, positive and client-focused environment.

Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in developmental services, residential care, group homes or a related field
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Robust communication, organization and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs
Comfortable providing staff direction, coaching and accountability
Robust documentation skills
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Vulnerable Sector Check
First Aid/CPR

Schedule: Full-time 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. shifts following a continental rotation.
