Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are currently hiring Support Workers for our group home located in Penetanguishene, Ontario, supporting children and adults with multiple diagnoses. This is a full time, permanent position with immediate start availability.

What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 support to individuals in a group home setting
Assist with daily living activities, outings, hygiene, and meal preparation
Implement and follow individualized Behaviour Support Plans
Drive clients to appointments and activities in the community (company vehicle use may be required)
Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure a safe, supportive, and structured environment

Schedule:
12-hour continental shifts: 9:00 AM to 9:00PM
Includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

What We’re Looking For:
Must have reliable transportation – location is not transit accessible




A valid G Class Driver’s License is a strong asset and required to operate company vehicles
Ability to work in a physical and active role
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dual diagnoses, or behavioural challenges is preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
