Duties
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning schedules and high-quality service delivery
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain cleanliness standards
Train current team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment
Address guest requests or concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues effectively
Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with health regulations across all housekeeping activities

Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and standards
Prior supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning settings
Knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality industry best practices, and guest service excellence
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under pressure
Solid communication skills to lead teams, train staff, and interact professionally with guests
Familiarity with cleaning equipment, supplies management, and safety regulations related to custodial work
