Tasks/Job Duties
Prepare full meals and individual dishes according to established recipes and food presentation standards;
Store prepared and unprepared food items and maintain an inventory;
Prepare kitchen for service periods;
Uphold health and safety standards and regulations in the kitchen;
Cooking, assembling, and plating dishes or components of dishes;
Keep workstation clean and hygienic;
Work with senior chefs for menu planning, kitchen supply and food inventory;
Oversee and train other kitchen staff including line cooks and prep cooks.
Pay: $37.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
