Duties
Perform general construction tasks like digging, lifting, mixing materials, and assembling structures under supervision
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members
Support site cleanup efforts by removing debris and ensuring work areas are organized and hazard-free
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards




Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance

Qualifications
Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided for eager learner and asset.
Knowledge gain and focus while working.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
Valid driver’s license may be required depending on project needs
