Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs in a professional and energetic manner
Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments
Provide product demos and explain features to enhance customer understanding and encourage upselling opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays to ensure products are well-presented and accessible
Answer customer questions via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to support store presentation standards
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in cashiering or customer service roles involving technology sales or product demonstrations
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are essential for accurate transaction processing
Solid organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Excellent communication skills to engage customers confidently and provide explicit information about products and services
Experience in upselling or promoting additional products through effective sales techniques is a plus
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to meet store operational needs

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
