We are seeking an energetic and friendly Casual Front Desk Agent to join our team on a flexible part time basis. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
Handle guest requests, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, logging guest information, and managing schedules
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences and uphold hospitality standards

Qualifications




Proven experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably within hospitality or hotel environments
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest services with a friendly, energetic approach
Previous hotel experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
