WoodGreen Community Services is seeking a Client Support Worker for the Homes for Good (St. Hilda’s) program.

This part time role focuses on supporting seniors experiencing homelessness with mental health or substance use challenges, through on-site services and 24-hour staffing support when needed. You will assist with daily living, care planning, and connections to community resources, while maintaining documentation and ensuring safety.
