Schedule:

Duties:

- Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests
- Assisting guests with ticket purchases, activity bookings, and general inquiries
- Processing transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system
- Answering phone calls, emails, and guest questions in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information about resort activities, attractions, events, and services
- Assisting guests with reservations, waivers, and activity check-ins
- Resolving guest concerns and escalating issues when necessary
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming guest services environment




- Assisting with administrative tasks and daily operational duties as required
- Supporting other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience required
- Cash handling and point-of-sale experience considered an asset
- Previous work at a ski resort, tourism attraction, or hospitality business considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Able to perform tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Wear company uniform at all times and adhere to grooming policies
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
