Duties
Prepare a variety of baked goods including cakes, pastries, cookies, and bread with precision and care
Decorate cakes and desserts with creative designs, themes, and detailed embellishments to meet customer specifications
Follow recipes and food safety standards to ensure high-quality products are consistently produced
Assist with food preparation tasks such as mixing, measuring ingredients, and assembling baked items
Package baked goods attractively for retail display or customer takeout while maintaining freshness and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area,



including equipment sanitation and proper storage of ingredients
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations when needed

Skills
Proven experience in cake decorating and baking within a restaurant or bakery setting
Robust knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with packaging techniques to preserve product quality during display or delivery
Knowledge of the food industry standards for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance
