Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep – Italian Restaurant La Corte Toscana is hiring a full time Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep team member for our Italian restaurant opening in November 2026 at 586 Bloor St W, Toronto.

Pay: CA$18.50 per hour

Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week

Job type: Full time, permanent

Responsibilities
Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Keep the dishwashing area, kitchen work surfaces, and equipment clean and organized.
Assist the chefs with daily food preparation, including washing and chopping produce, portioning ingredients, and setting up mise en place.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures throughout the shift.
Support the kitchen team as needed during service.

Requirements




Previous experience with dishwashing and food preparation in a qualified kitchen.
Ability to understand kitchen instructions in English.
Reliability, organization, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service.

Duties may change based on the restaurant’s operational needs.
