Enviros is searching for a Wilderness Facilitator to enhance their Adventure Therapy program at Shunda Creek Recovery Center. This position focuses on coordinating wilderness trips such as hiking and canoeing while integrating therapeutic principles into the outdoor experiences. Your role ensures that safety, risk management, and industry best practices are at the forefront of each journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee multi-day wilderness trips for clients
• Collaborate with therapists to align trips with recovery goals




• Ensure compliance with safety and risk management standards
• Organize and maintain outdoor equipment inventory
• Mentor and evaluate wilderness staff for trip readiness

Requirements:
• Experience in outdoor education or wilderness leadership
• 80-hour Wilderness First Responder certification
• Solid judgment and risk-management abilities
• Effective communication within a multidisciplinary team
• Proven outdoor logbook documenting wilderness experience
