What You Bring You bring a deep technical foundation in distributed systems, microservices, and AWS cloud architecture, paired with proven experience managing and leading engineering teams.
You excel at coaching engineers, recruiting top talent, giving timely feedback, and running fair performance reviews while building a culture of ownership.
You have structurally changed how your teams build software around AI, setting up shared AI-assisted systems and delivery patterns that measurably raise execution speed without lowering quality.
You comfortably explain complex architecture concepts, advise on technical strategy, and balance competing priorities through clear delegation.
You bring exceptional written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
