Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will develop tailored recruitment strategies while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for plant and salaried roles

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
