Our dental clinic located in Burlington, Ontario is looking for a passionate, friendly, and hard-working Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others, creating positive patient experiences, and helping keep the office organized and running efficiently behind the scenes. We are looking for someone who thrives in a supportive, team-oriented workplace and enjoys building strong relationships with both patients and coworkers.

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday (Saturdays if needed) - Flexible Schedule

Approximately 35 - 40 hours per week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

2-3 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist or Administrative Assistant

Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate

Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent is considered an asset

Strong communication skills with patients and families

Positive, customer-service focused mindset

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
