Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, including desks, countertops, fixtures, and floors
Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and other transparent surfaces for a clear and professional appearance
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability
Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the supervisory team for swift resolution
Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines while remaining flexible to address urgent cleaning needs as they arise
Skills
Proven custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety practices
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality standards
Good communication skills for reporting issues or supply needs clearly and promptly
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Reliable work ethic with punctuality and a positive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
