Key Responsibilities:
• Lead VHA’s Client Safety Program development and implementation
• Establish and monitor client safety priorities and goals




• Provide organization-wide consultation on client safety expertise
• Chair the Client Safety Committee governance
• Monitor safety trends and advance harm prevention strategies

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a health-related field
• Minimum five years experience in patient/client safety
• Certification in patient/client safety required
• Experience leading organizational safety initiatives
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills
