Purpose of the position

Schedule: Monday to Friday daytime Salary: to be discussed depending on experience

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Assist team members with daily administrative tasks

Ensure valuable customer service by responding to customer email or telephone requests

Produce monthly reports

Complete lease requests

Collaborate on special projects

All other related tasks

The ideal person has :

Good management of priorities and ability to adapt





Sense of responsibility and autonomy

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Aptitude for teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills Very good knowledge of Excel

Required qualifications :

DEP or DEC in administration, accounting or office automation

Positive knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software (an asset)
