Key responsibilities include taking blood samples, assessing vaccination needs, and providing instructions on medical devices to patients while collaborating with the pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer vaccines and assess patient health status
• Offer services related to hypertension and diabetes management
• Provide instructions on the use of glucose and blood pressure devices
• Welcome patients professionally and compassionately
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to enhance nursing services
Requirements:
• Membership in the Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec
• DCS or bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Familiarity with Québec immunization protocol
• Knowledge of travel health guidelines
