Supporting both autonomy and managerial guidance, you will tackle operational challenges and drive initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own customer recovery and AI-enabled inbound call center programs
• Analyze operational data on conversion, retention, and quality
• Improve workflows by documenting procedures and implementing changes




• Test cutting-edge approaches using AI tools and automation
• Coordinate execution across multiple teams to align stakeholders

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in Customer Success or Business Operations
• Strong analytical judgment with operational data
• Proficient in SQL and reporting tools
• Experience in process design and documentation
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills
