Provide essential care to level 2 and 3 patients at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre as a Registered Nurse. Focus on assessment, intervention, education, and patient advocacy while promoting patient-centered care.

As a Registered Nurse in the B5 ICU, you will play a critical role in patient care. This position requires at least two years of critical care experience, particularly in Level II or III units, along with Trauma and Neuro exposure. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support the mission and values of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and intervene with level 2 and 3 ICU patients
• Educate patients and families on care procedures
• Advocate for patients' rights and needs




• Collaborate with healthcare professionals in critical care
• Promote team-based patient-focused care strategies

Requirements:
• Current CNO registration and B.C.L.S. Certificate
• 2 years of Critical Care experience
• Trauma/Neuro experience within past 2 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic critical care workplace
