Key Responsibilities: • Support project development and regulatory approvals • Prepare, review, and analyze cost estimates • Present project cost performance and updates • Develop strategies for cost risk management • Coordinate forecasting and accrual deliverables

Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration • Minimum 5 years of cost control experience • Solid understanding of cost control methodologies • Advanced Microsoft Office skills • Familiarity with Oracle and PM Software preferred
