As the Lead Apprenticeship Trainer, you’ll report to the Manager of Training & Development. Your focus will be on Levels 1 through 4 of the Heavy Duty Equipment Technician program. You'll provide dedicated instruction and support, ensuring apprentices progress effectively in their training journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead apprentices through Levels 1-4 technical training
• Develop and maintain apprenticeship training plans
• Collaborate with College of the Rockies and stakeholders
• Deliver classroom, shop,



and field-based HDET training
• Monitor program effectiveness and track apprentice progress

Requirements:
• Interprovincial Red Seal HDET certification
• 5+ years of heavy equipment experience
• Experience in training or mentoring apprentices
• Robust competency in equipment diagnostics
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
