We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a complex Operational Technology (OT) portfolio within the utilities/energy sector.
Must-Haves: 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
Significant experience delivering OT programs within utilities, energy, power generation, transmission, or distribution environments.
Hands-on experience with one or more of SCADA, ADMS, DERMS, EMS/DMS, OT Networks, or Utility Telecommunications .
Experience managing large, complex portfolios involving multiple concurrent projects and delivery teams.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, contracts, and system integrators .
Nice to haves: Utility industry experience across electric, gas, transmission, distribution, or renewable energy.
OT Cyber Security and/or grid modernization experience.
Knowledge of NERC-CIP, ISA/IEC 62443 , or other OT security frameworks.
Experience integrating IT and OT environments .
PMP, PgMP , or equivalent certification.
