Lead innovative clinical transformation as the Brightshores Health Transformation Lead in Owen Sound. This full-time role focuses on implementing regional Oracle Health workflows and fostering stakeholder engagement.

The Transformation Lead is critical to Brightshores Health System’s transition to a shared Oracle Health instance. This position requires a solid foundation in clinical informatics and experience with adopting digital health initiatives. You will work closely with clinical leaders and operational teams to ensure a successful adoption of standardized workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the Brightshores Transformation strategy
• Conduct stakeholder and change-impact assessments
• Facilitate clinical workflow transformation and readiness analyses




• Engage in communication and training activities across sites
• Support the adoption of standardized Oracle Health practices

Requirements:
• Minimum five years of experience in clinical transformation
• Strong background in nursing, health administration, or informatics
• Familiarity with Oracle Health workflows in a hospital setting
• PROSCI Change Practitioner certification preferred
• Ability to lead meetings across multiple locations
