Job Summary
This role serves as a Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and businesses supported, and having deep expertise of external markets with an objective to continuously upgrade talent. The recruiter will manage end-to-end aspects of the recruitment process and specialized acquisition programs, with day-to-day focus on supporting retail hiring within a collaborative team of six recruiters. The position involves full-cycle recruitment — conducting intakes, opening requisitions, setting up interviews, hosting hiring events, conducting interviews, coordinating final rounds with managers, managing background checks, and extending offers. Roughly half of each day will be spent in meetings or interviews, including weekly one-on-ones with the manager and team meetings. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a tier-one bank environment, connect with different branch managers, and help shape people's careers on a supportive, collaborative team.

Manage end-to-end aspects of the recruitment process / specialized acquisition program
Develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent
Advise business leads on talent market gaps and provide insights on alternate practices and opportunities
Execute on determined plans and provide insight/guidance to clients on benefits of approach
Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle aligned to the client's customer experience model
Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and programs as they relate to recruitment
Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs,
and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs and provide consultation on optimal sourcing approaches
Maintain, analyze, and leverage accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing and recruitment activities; consult with hiring managers
Promote the organization's brand in the marketplace through developing and maintaining strong candidate and industry networks
Lead advertising and brand activities to attract talent, utilizing internet / intranet / social media and other recruiting tools as appropriate
Represent the organization in various recruitment functions as needed
Generally interact with executive-level managers up to and including the most senior management layers

Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity
Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for the talent acquisition function
Follow and recommend internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the organization or candidates
Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite of the Bank
May lead special initiatives by representing the organization internally and externally as a subject matter expert
Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of plans, programs, and practices related to own area of expertise
Ensure respective programs/policies/practices are well managed, meet business needs, comply with internal and external requirements, and align with HR priorities
Conduct internal and external research projects; support the development/delivery of presentations/communications to management or broader audience
Keep abreast of and advise the team on emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements in the discipline and assess potential impacts
Ensure the prompt and thorough resolution of escalated issues

Required Skills
Recruitment experience (minimum 5 years)
High-volume recruitment experience (minimum 5 years)
Strong verbal and written communication skills , including negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong organization skills and detail-oriented approach
Reporting experience (minimum 5 years)
Strong Excel skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage one's own time
Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Skills
Experience in a high-volume, corporate environment with enterprise exposure

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent training required
Post-secondary education (as specified for this engagement)

Required Experience
5–7 years of overall recruitment experience
Full-cycle recruitment experience including intakes, requisition management, interview coordination, hiring events, background checks, and offer management
Experience supporting retail or high-volume hiring environments
Experience interacting with internal hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Nice-to-Have Experience
Some agency recruitment experience
Corporate environment and enterprise-level exposure
Experience within the banking or financial services sector, preferably retail
